Paperless Billing

Sign up for Paperless Billing via the link above and have the option of paying your bill directly from your email by clicking “PAY MY BILL”.

Monthly Auto-draft (drafted on due date) please click on “PAY MY BILL” at the top of page to register your account.

​Make payments via InstPay on your smartphone by scanning the QR code that is printed on the remittance coupon of your water bill.

* There is a 24 hour waiting period to initiate electronic payments for districts requiring startup fee payment prior to service.

Make payments through Pay-By-Phone by dialing 281-579-4500 (Select Option 1).


You will need your Customer Account Number and payment information.

Please Note: Online Bill-pay through your banking institution generally involves your bank utilizing a third party to create a check that is sent to the address that you specify. Inframark has no control over the check creation and mailing process for this service. All payments are processed within 24 hours of receipt by Inframark.
